About Allison
Helping Women 40+ Feel Stronger, Healthier, and More Confident Through Perimenopause and Beyond
My Story
Like many women, I reached a point where the strategies that had always worked for my health and fitness no longer seemed to work the same way.
As I moved through midlife myself, I found that many of the strategies that had worked for years no longer worked the same way. Like many women, I wanted answers... but I also wanted practical solutions I could actually apply in real life.Â
As a certified menopause coach, fitness enthusiast, and woman navigating this stage of life myself, I’m passionate about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can stop feeling confused and start feeling empowered.
I created EmpowerHer Wellness because I believe women deserve evidence-informed guidance, practical strategies, and support that helps them feel stronger, healthier, and more confident during midlife and beyond.
You don’t need another extreme diet or complicated plan.  You need education, clarity, and a sustainable approach that works with your body, not against it.
