As a mom, fitness enthusiast, and woman navigating midlife myself, I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and frustrating these changes can be.

 

Through my own wellness journey and years of supporting women, I’ve become passionate about helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies so they can stop feeling confused and start feeling empowered.
